Platform deal

MYDistribution applies a 2% platform revenue share to releases managed through the system. Remix Assist applies the disclosed 10% split only to new derivative versions created through that service. Additional services, subscriptions, and release credits are billed at the price shown before purchase.

Ownership and delivery rights

You retain ownership of rights you lawfully control in your masters, compositions, artwork, name, image, and likeness. You grant MYDistribution and its delivery partners the limited licenses reasonably required to validate, encode, deliver, administer, monetize, promote, report on, and remove your release.

You must have authority from every owner, writer, publisher, performer, producer, sample owner, featured artist, and other rights holder whose work appears in a release. Store acceptance is not guaranteed. A MYDistribution delivery ID confirms that the release was accepted by the configured delivery rail, not that every selected store has approved or published it.

Metadata, ISRC, and splits

You are responsible for accurate titles, artist names, credits, release dates, explicit-content declarations, rights information, and AI disclosures. You may provide a valid existing ISRC. When the ISRC field is empty, you authorize MYDistribution to assign the next available site code in the US-DEL sequence. Writer and composer splits must total 100% before delivery.

AI use and Trust Passport

You must disclose human and AI participation accurately. False rights claims, deceptive identity information, undisclosed voice or likeness use, prohibited synthetic content, fraud, artificial streaming, or other policy violations may cause rejection, withholding, investigation, takedown, account restriction, or termination.

Artist earnings and payout account

A verified Stripe Connect payout account is required before a non-exempt user can submit music for delivery. Stripe collects and verifies identity, tax, bank, routing, and account information. MYDistribution stores the connected account identifier and readiness status, not the full bank account details.

Royalty earnings appear only after MYDistribution receives and validates a store statement or provider earnings event. Eligible earnings are scheduled for payout up to seven days after that verified event is ingested. Store reporting delays, reserves, fraud reviews, currency conversion, tax requirements, Stripe processing, connected-account restrictions, and bank posting times may extend the time before funds are available to you.

Cash App Card, PayPal direct-deposit, digital-bank, or other routing and account details may be used only when Stripe accepts and verifies that destination. MYDistribution does not guarantee that any specific third-party payment account will qualify.

Adjustments, reversals, and reserves

Statements and earnings may be corrected, reversed, withheld, or offset for refunds, chargebacks, duplicate reporting, fraud, artificial activity, rights disputes, tax withholding, store adjustments, platform fees, or amounts owed to MYDistribution. You agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

Service availability

MYDistribution depends on third-party stores, delivery rails, payment processors, cloud services, and AI providers. Features may be delayed, changed, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, policy changes, outages, compliance requirements, or events outside our control.
